Need data card / SIM

When I arrive on the 11th, my three dogs will arrive also. Google translate offers online translation and to have a near real-time dialog with customs.

I am ashamed to confess that my spanish knowledge is still by far sub-par and I don't want to screw things up. google translate does -for whatever reason- not allow me to download the offline engine for spanish. I have therefore to be online and need for that a SIM Data card.! If that card works in Volcan, David as well as in PC, that would be great. Top priority however is that it works in Tocumen.

If someone would be so kind to buy a data card for me and send it to Austria, I will reimburse you through my USD or EU accounts and would really appreciate it.
