Does anyone know what is going on with the condominiums in David Panama named "Cuesta Del Sol". It was/is an expat community of people living there. But now I see tons of ads of people selling them now. There is one that has been on the market for almost two years. I messaged the real estate agent and she confirmed it was still available and negotiable almost as if you could name a price.When I asked is there anything wrong with it physically or something I should know about. She never responded. It was very suspicious.....
