Hello again folks.during the last year and a half that my wife and have been looking into possable locations panama has come up verry closly with equador since friends here in canada have had feet on the ground and were able to put us in contact with friends of thiers at quite a early stage panama has shifted into the forefront ...We started investigating panama as a solid destination last december but from the start there has been undertones of crime and violence's tward expats suggested but never quite discussed.I understand places where expats accumulate will be more likly to have problems especially if unwise people flash thier financial means attract the portion of any society that causes crime...and any city in the world has bad sections agreed but what can we expect in smaller towns as we are not town people and cant stand in town living...so we will look for out of town propertys to rent till we buy.i hope to hear unbiased truth without pardon the expression but without the white washed cow....
