A GOOD DOG Question

So I brought my dog from the states twice. And had to jump threw all the hoops . Well Bear has passed away. So we brought a new Lab here in Santiago With papers and shots . Soo.... if I take the new panamanian pup to the states then come back to Panama. Will I have to do all the legal work , like he was a gringo dog . or is he panama resident. and walks right threw immigration ? Thanks
