covid testing locations?

I arrived from Amsterdam after an 11 hour flight in a completely packed airplane on the 26th. There was not a single free seat and no way to follow social distancing principles.

I experienced since Tuesday increased myalgia which MAY be a symptom of covid. I called the US embassy who suggested I contact MINSA to find the covid test location nearest to Volcan. I sent 5 minutes ago an email to the MINSA email address and wait now. Icannot call since my spanish is way too limited.

Does anyone know where I can find a list of Panama's test locations?
