Eyelash Extensions

Hello,

I am planning to move to Panama from Australia in the near future. I am wondering if eyelash extensions are popular in panama or how much people charge from them.(In Australia they are very popular and expensive) I plan to open up a business doing eyelash extensions and possibly nails/manicures etc howevr i have read that cosmetologist jobs are strictly reserved for Panamanians only. Im not sure whether nails/manicures falls under this or if i would still be able to open business.

Any help would be much appreciated.
