Pre-existing conditions/Panama/Insurance

Hello all. I was going to reply to a previous post on this topic, but it was closed. So, here is a new one. Would really appreciate advice since I cannot find direct answers anywhere online (including this website).

I became disabled last year due to Crohn's Disease and complications from it. This is considered a pre-existing condition by every insurance provider in the USA and globally that I have talked with. However, I read somewhere that I could possibly get 2 or 3 types of coverage for Panama while I wait out a period of 1-2 years? This whole situation on medical coverage, what is included, pricing, etc is incredibly confusing. Anyone have any advice on how to get medical coverage in Panama with a pre-existing condition?
