Covid Vaccination Documentation

I am flying in to PTY on April 27, and fully vaccinated (2nd Pfizer dose on 4/9).

From what I've read, all arriving passengers must provide negative PCR or Antigen test results, and there is no current use of a 'proof of vaccination' document. (vaccinated or not)

My question is: Is there an alternate documentation method for fully vaccinated persons?
