Covid Restrictions

Can anyone offer some information on what the current Covid restrictions are in Panama? I understand there is a nightly curfew from 8pm - 4am and in some areas all of Sunday is under curfew. Is this correct? Are most businesses, tourist sights, beaches, government agencies, etc. open for business as normal? Would love some more detailed information please.
