We moved down to Panama 2020. Budgeted were best guesstimates and now today I’m posting actual expenses incurred. These are for two healthy people w/o a car renting on the beachfront a Casita(glamping).

We expected ~$2200 but spend $3200. Both Medical and Food are more expensive than in the States. If you have no Rx’s and can eat fried food stuffs Food is ½ what we spend.
