Since Martinelli signed my letter of naturalization when he was president I voted for the Cambio Democratico in the past election since that was his party. Now he is in the process of forming a new party called the Realizando Metas. Anyway the other day some ex-Cambio Democratico people came to my house to ask me to sign up as a new member of their new party. So yesterday they drove me to the Tribunal Electorial and I signed up as registered member of Martinelli's new party. When I was in the US I never got involved in politics. Tomorrow I am supposed to go to a political rally. It seems they think I am kind of unique because I am an American who became naturalized as a Panamanian. They took a picture of me with themselves to send to Martinelli. So I will see what happens. They are all expecting that Martinelli will be the next president. For the second time.
