Hola1
We just moved here a few months ago, but have visited for extended periods several times over the years, especially when we decided we wanted to retire here. We are in Nueva Gorgona and love it here. My question concerns the roads. NG has public roads and they are some of the best around. Coronado roads are private and are the absolute worst roads we have seen including in Pedasi, Las Tablas, Penonome, and on and on. I hear it is 95% expats with above average income and some are very wealthy. We would love to check out some of the shops and restaurants there but the roads will tear up your car something fierce, so we rarely go there. Wonder why they don't do something about those roads and they would see much more business guaranteed. Many of our friends feel the same way and avoid it. Maybe they like it that way.
