How to book a simple GP appointment?

Hey all,

Apologies if this is obvious but how do I book a simple GPs appointment? I just need a few things prescribed to me.

In the UK we have our local GP surgery who you call and see the doctor. Here I'm looking on google maps but most of the ones popping up seem to be specialists and are a bit overkill for what I need.

I'd also like to know in advanced if they can speak English. Any advice or suggestions? I'm in the Bella Vista area.
