Obtaining an ACH Code for a Wise Transfer

I'm trying to do a Wise transfer from my Canadian bank to my Banistmo personal account in Volcan, but I can't find the ACH Code (or ACH routing number) that Wise requires for my local Banistmo branch (or any ACH for Banistmo).

I've asked the staff at my Volcan Banistmo branch, and they don't appear to know what an ACH routing number is. They gave me an Instrucciones para Transferencias Internacionales sheet whose Canada section just gives SWIFT codes: one is for Panama City (MIDLPAPA) and the other lists no location (BOFACATT).

So I went back to Wise.com and tried to transfer via SWIFT instead of to a Local Bank Account. But after trying MIDLPAPA as my Swift code, it asks for an "IBAN/Account Number". IBAN stands for International Bank Account Number. So I surfed to iban.com's IBAN Calculator and it doesn't list Panama as one of the countries using IBAN. Arghhhh. Should I just give my Banistmo account number (10 digits) and hope that that plus the Swift code is enough to locate my Volcan account?

Has anyone done a Wise transfer from Canada to Panama, and can you tell me how, please?

Thanks,
...Terry
