New here! Hope everyone is doing great! Please bear with me, I will have questions... See we are on a 3 year plan to move from the states.
Narrowed it down to Panama or West PR, Rincon area (yes I know its still in the states).
We are looking at a beach town not far from PC. I love city life and a condo but don't think its feasible with my large doggos.
We don't want to be remote, we want a nice safe beach area with modern conveniences. We are definitely NOT looking to be off the grid.
Any suggestions?
Specifics:
We are too young for retirement. So i not sure the benefits in Panama will work for us right now...
No kids coming with, but 77 Mom is coming.
Need a house, but not much land.
Need to be close to the beach, restaurants, beach bars.
Is there live music anywhere besides PC?
Do any major music acts play in PC?
BTW I'm totally fluent in Spanish (parents are Cuban) . My dad lived in PCY for many years. Although I haven't been back there for a long time...
