self directed IRA in US

Hi,
I also have invested in Simply Natural mango, lyme and avocado hectares.
The US may now pass a law that would make it impossible to have real estate in a self directed IRA. You can not be listed as a manager.
We may have to retitle the land or sell it by Dec 2023.
I wanted to know how people are going to deal with this situation.
