Does anyone know why if there are so many social orphans in Panama, the process of approval of a nonprofit to start an orphanage takes so long?
We applied two years ago, and are still waiting,
Ours will be an orphanage for babies 0-2 years old to be admitted.
The home was already built in Las Yayas, La Chorrera in 2016.
