Anti Jubilado Groups in Panama?

Has anyone had experiences with anti-Jubilado/Expat groups in Panama? I am looking for experiences of violence or harassment. I read the Facebook story of one expat who was beaten after his place was broken into. I think he was in Chiriqui.

I was just in Panama City receiving my permanent residency visa and had a small group outside my hotel around 7:30AM marching up the street with a police car right behind. They were lead in chanting by one guy with a bullhorn.
