I'm a writer arriving next week to cover stories of migrants passing through the Darien Gap, followed by specific plotting of migrant routes. Before I arrive, I'm looking for information on a few key locations.

1) Refugee/migrants camps (or, "albergues") near Panama City for interviews.
2) Popular expat locations where I might find likeminded journalists/writers/locals with more expertise on the region.
