Testing for return to Canada

The requirements for return to Canada from Panama is getting to be quite difficult. Correct me I'm wrong. Since our flights stop-over in the USA we now need a test within 24 hours of flying. To get results that quickly we will need an antigen test. Canada doesn't accept the antigen test and requires a PCR within 72 hours. So we will need that second test in Panama. Canada is now also going to give us another test at the arrival airport and require us to isolate for up to 3 days until our negative results are received. So unless we can find a lab that guarantees PCR test results within 24 hours of our flight (anyone heard of one in Panama??) we might need to take 3 tests. I'm ok with multiple tests but finding and paying for two separate tests in Panama is a bit dicey for the logistics of it all. Any suggestions?
