The person in this Craigslist post for Puerto Armuelles real estate in Panama, is a notorious RE agent, unlicensed due to being a Costa Rican citizen, but south of Puerto Armuelles he can easily slip out of Panama into his own country. He has advertised numerous properties for sale on Craigslist in Puerto. This is posted here to show a risk in Panama that is foreign to US citizens.
