I'm looking for a starting point if anyone has one.

I'm immigrating from the US via the Friendly Nations visa. I have a property I'm intending to purchase that fits the requirements.

How do I buy the property if I can't get a bank account without a visa or cedula.

It must be that I can open a bank account with just US documentation?

If someone can verify this and if you have a good bank you can recommend would be appreciated.

Also if you have a good lawyer that you like for immigration/real estate please pm me.
