I know I'm probably going to have to pay an attorney for an opinion on this, but I'm hoping for some free advice.

Are there laws limiting the number of people you can cram into a I-BR Condo in David?

If not, is there any reason why the condo owners cannot make such a regulation?

Condo management claims that Panamanian law forbids discrimination against families with hordes of children in rental units, even those designed to be retirement communities.

Is this true?
