Just a little information on the above topic:
1. Charles Schwab reimburses ATM fees if you have their debit card. You can also make wire transfer from your Schwab bank account. They charge $15 if you do it on line by yourself. $25 if you transfer with paper forms. So wire transfer is not cheap through Schwab.
2. Fidelity. com on the other hand charges 1% if you use their debit card. However they do not charge any fees for wire transfer to another bank even international transfer. This mean you can transfer amount from Fidelity Bank Account to any bank in Panama free. But check with receiving bank if they charge for incoming wire transfer fee.
