We're retired and need to be reasonably close to excellent health care. When I think of Panama, I think hot and humid. I know there's Boquete and like towns, that are higher up and, consequently, cooler, but is there a town on a river or lake that's not stifling hot in summer yet is within an hour (or less) of a specialty hospital and good health care? I speak pretty fair Spanish.
