Corporation question...need you inputr

Good day everyone!

I need help/some advice from those who’ve been in the position that I’m presently in (getting an FNV based on a creation of the corporation under old rules). I’ve been lucky enough to receive that visa right before the gates closed last August. Right now, I’m facing a trilemma regarding of what to do next with this corporation of mine and have the following choices:
1. Dissolution: This closes the legal entity in all government institutions. The cost would be $1,200.00, which is quite expensive
2. Resignation of directors: This option does not close the legal entity, but it takes me and the rest of the corporate members out of the corporate papers. The cost would be $650, which is semi-expensive
3. Do nothing: Have no idea about the consequences (filing obligation, tax paying, legal problems down the road, etc.)
If you’ve been there, please let me know your thoughts.
Very much appreciate your input!
