RORO Automobile shipping

Hi,
Great forum! I've gotten some great help so far!

I've been able to access the shipping line Hapag LLoyd direct for moving my 20ft shipping container from Long Beach, Calif to Panama City, Panama without all the attendant additional fees, etc.! Yea! Another is MSC but I've not gotten a quote so far.

1) I am now looking for a RORO shipping line to move my automobile from Long Beach to Panama City. Does anyone know how to get in touch directly with a roll on roll off shipping line? I want to avoid most if not all of the broker fees.

Anybody know how to ship a car for minimum fees and expense?

2) Can anyone tell me the Panamian import fees on a 2013 Lexus ES350 with 104,000 miles on it. Blue Book says $15000...
