Does anyone have experience with sun rash ('sun allergy', 'sun poisoning', AKA Polymorphous light eruption )? I have been making serious plans to move to Panama, to a higher elevation such as El Valle, Boquete, or Volcan. However after spending a week in Palm Springs recently I experienced a recurrance of sun rash on both hands, and it was barely above 80 degrees. I live in a cool climate and didn't realize I still got this rash, which I also experienced when I went to graduate school in Texas. Are there any other sufferers on here, and can you speak to how much of an issue it has been in Panama (and does it occur at higher elevations?) Thanks!
