I have a question about renting in a high rise in Panama City or elsewhere in Panama. Are the rentals generally with the building itself?
If I rent, I prefer stability rather than a rental where a private owner decides to sell, or take over the apt. The shortcoming of renting is getting displaced or raised rents, etc.
Any insights?
