Pets - Many

I am looking for constructive advice, not criticism. I am trying to plan ahead and need to know if it is even possible to bring many pets into the country? I lived in Panama for 2 years at fort Sherman. I want to retire, however, I have been involved in animal rescue for the last 20 years. I am a responsible pet owner and will not dump my animals just because I'm moving. 7 of my animals are over the age of 15. One of my rescues has seizures. I have adopted out all of the animals that I can. The rest of them are not adoptable for various reasons. That leaves me with nine dogs and around 20 cats. Yes that is a lot, but not for people that do rescue! They are all fixed, and up-to-date on their shots, they get their heartgard and their Frontline every month. I can only bring two to three at a time on a plane.... Ridiculously expensive and time consuming! Is there a way that I could just drive them all from the USA down to Panama (I will get a camper)??
