I have a very nice one bedroom furnished apartment for rent in Volcan at a very attractive location built by an American (myself). It is quite ample in size for a one bedroom apartment with a very nice kitchen and a porch with a very nice view. Since things are slow right now I have lowered the price to $275 a month from now to the end of the year. That includes electricity and internet which is a very reasonable price. First come first served. Volcan is growing very fast with a lot of new improvements. It will soon be larger than Boquete. Volcan is the new county seat for the new district of Tierras Altas Tierras Altas is where almost all the vegetables for Panama are grown and the center of the dairy industry. It is also very scenic. You can drive up towards Cerro Punta a couple of miles from here and buy the cheapest produce in the whole country of Panama. Some of the best coffee is grown in the area.
