I'm still early in my research phase of a potential move to Panama. I'd love to hear from anyone who lives in a beach community listed below (or any great alternatives I didn't list here). I feel like I'd be fine with a 1BR house, apartment or maybe a condo. I'm against large HOA fees. I would want to stream and have decent internet (currently happy with 25 Mbps at home).
