Giving birth Panama

Hi all, we are considering relocating to Panama howver I am currently pregnant and due in December - our plan was to first spend a month or so for research and get to know the country better however in the event I give birth early / unexpected what is the situation? I have read stories about tourists giving birth in Panama but would like to hear from you guys!
