Hello. We are a couple in our late 50s who are starting to think about retiring to Central America in a few years.
For now, we are exploring the different areas but we are looking for guidance from experienced retired or expats, and hopefully get a better idea if there are any places that would suit us better. We are looking for something affordable and safe, ideally close to water not too far from a big city for malls and other amenities.
