Warnings aside, Colón tour recommendations?

Hi all,

I seem to recall reading a recommendation here for a young woman who leads tours of Colón, but I can't find it. Does anyone recall that tour info, or have another suggestion?

Yes I have heard the warnings about the danger and poverty in Colón, however one of my very favorite books takes place in that city, and I would like very much to at least visit briefly and I figure a well-reviewed, highly recommended tour group would be the best way to go about it.

(For those who are curious, the book is Two Serious Ladies by Jane Bowles, and even in 1943 she described the city as seedy and riddled with crime and prostitution, so I am not going in with a false impression).
