Best Bank for 3 Year CD

Hello,

(Disclaimer: Yes, we have read through the information on this website before posting this question. Just looking for updated opinions and more details than what we've been able to find.)

My spouse and I are planning to move forward with the Friendly Nations Visa option to put $202k in a 3-year CD.

Can anyone please share experience with doing this, particularly which bank is best?

Knowing Panamanian banks are not insured, I want to make the best choice when selecting a bank to hold such a large amount of money for so long.

Which banks have the best financial strength and stability?

We appreciate any advice and personal experience stories with this Friendly Nations Visa option.
