Looking for a good property manager

Looking for a property manager near where I own a beachfront condo at Playa Caracol in Punta Chame, so anyone close in Chame or Coronado. Need one who is a go-getter in marketing the rental as well as one who has no problem paying bills from my Banistmo account for HOA, electric, cable/TV. Wondering what locals think is a good usual and customary commision for both short term and long term rental. Any suggestions are appreciated. Cheers!
