Proof of life Forms

I speculated that we would be receiving U.S. SSA Proof of Life Forms by now. My wife and I have not. The requirement was suspended due to mail interruptions. The current forms are not delivered to our post office in Panama. After almost two hours on hold, the nice lady as Social Security said that it did not "appear" that my benefits were scheduled to be discontinued and past forms SSA-7162 show as being filed. Apparently the SSA is still not sending them out. Does anyone have any better information on this?

My apologies for any uncharitable thoughts that I may have harbored against Individuals accused of failing to research the archives before posting a question.
