Closing Corporation

Hello, Everyone. As part of getting a Panama visa, I set up a Panamanian corporation. I no longer think I will use it. Would anyone be interested in purchasing it instead of setting a new one up? Also, has anyone gone through the process of closing an Panamanian corporation? I would appreciate knowing how you did it, who you used and how that turned out for you. Thanks!
