Looking for a new home

Hello
We are currently in Nova Scotia Canada and looking to retire in a warmer climate . Panama looks very intriguing so were here to learn more about the pros and cons before we take the leap. I look forward to hearing your experiences.
OUr concerns are mainly about health care and personal safety.
