Transportation in Panama

We are arriving in Panama on 25 February. We are spending two nights in El Valle de Anton and, then, wish to head to Boquete via David.
I am interested in knowing if westbound buses towards Santiago and David run fairly frequently on weekdays. Is there are bus stop or a bus station in Las Uvas?
Can you pay cash on the bus?
Alternatively, any options for hiring a private driver from El Valle for the long drive to David?
