Tax Filing for Resident >183d, no Income from within Panama

Hello, I heard different things about tax filing requirement in Panama. I am a new permanent resident with >183 day in 2022. Do I need to file anything if nothing was earned in Panama and only was transferred in from outside? Maybe some good online resources exist, but I found none so far. I believe the filing deadline is March 15. If a tax counsel is required in Panama, I appreciate any recommendations.
