I'm curious if anyone has shipped a partial container load from the US to Panama recently. I'm planning on shipping about 50 cubic feet of household goods soon and I've got some questions I'm hoping folks have recent experience with:
1) I've been thinking about using Delvi, but I'll be shipping to David, has anyone used them to deliver to the interior?
2) My items are currently stored in Dallas, so shipping out of Houston would be a lot more convenient than Miami, any recommended companies that service Houston?
2) I know importing wood furniture was a problem for a while, any recent experience? Is it a big enough hassle/expense that it's just not worth doing?
3) It's been almost a year since my Pensionado visa was approved. I've seen a few mentions that the duty free Pensionado allowance for household goods expires after six months, anyone know if that's accurate?
Thanks in advance for any information!
