10-Day Travel Requirement for Retirement

Hi All,

We understand that part of getting the retirement Visa is to visit at least two times (first visit is for 10-day business days), and the second can be seven day visit. How do we prove this or do we just need our flight tickets? And if we visit in December 2023 and apply for our Visa during our second visit in 2025, does the first visit count?
