Immigration Attorney, Multiple Entry Visa,Pensionado

My husband and I plan to reloalcate to Panama around Sept/Oct. 2023. I have a couple of questions.
1. Do you have recommendations and contact information for excellent english speaking Immigration Attorneys? If so, your recommendations would be appreciated.
2. Should we hire the Attorney now, while we are in the U.S. so we can start the Pensionado Visa Process?
3. What's the average fee for an Immigration Attorney?
4. We have Passports, do we need the Multiple Entry Visa, if we plan to stay 30 days and immediately apply for the Pensionado?
Any extra information/advise is welcome.
I think that's it for now.
Thank you so much,
Dr. Free
