HELP ME

I have been to Panama twice. once in Dolega and Los Algroobos (spelled wrong).I didnot know any one and only went shopping a little.I was very bored and loney in a country where you know no one. I did not venture out,cause of not knowing where to start first and not look lost. I could not afford a tour guide. I plan to come back,would like the mountain areas.I would like to meet some one to show me what good areas to live in and etc. I am not a spring chicken(73). Just need a little guide for a short period of time to help get settled in.Living overseas is very different from the States. I will be living off of S.S All in All i would like a friend or friends. From videos and people talk like it is a very good place to retire and live. Thanks
