Jobs for partners

I'm lucky enough to be here for work, but my partner is struggling to get a job and getting pretty low.
My company will organize and pay for the visa, he just needs the job and they will do the rest.
He is on the friendly nations list for visas - speaks fluent French, English but only very basic Spanish..

Any advice?

Are there employment agencies? particular websites (besides linkedin)?
