Importing household goods

I'm researching retiring in Panama. My husband & I do not meet the requirements for a Pensionado visa, but we can meet the requirements for a Friendly Nations visa. We would likely import our household goods and vehicle. My question is how do I find out what the tax would be to import our belongings to Panama? Is the rate based on the value of the actual items imported? Is every item taxed? I haven't been able to find any info on the internet.
