A person who is in another country (has residency here in Panama) is going to sign a Promise to Purchase”
But he’s in his country and I’m here in Panama, how do we all sign a contract on the same date? He is going to go to the consulate in his country, but obviously, I won’t have the contract returned the same day. For me to go to a notary here
Anyone know how this works?
