this is a message received today fom Worldremit - the nonsense is never ending.
Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience with us. We have made several attempts to reach you but to no avail. We are aware of an incident that some of our old recipients are receiving notifications to claim funds that have already been paid out previously. If your recipients are receiving such notification, please advise them to disregard it as no funds are attached to such transfer numbers. Apologies for the inconvenience.
I don't know how they reached out but I have heard nothing other than this email . The fact is my recipients did indeed receive the funds totaling $860. Then Worldremit asks me to contact them via a phone number which is useless. What a clusterf***k this is
